Trust Walk
Activity:
First, Blindfold one child at a time and have them walk around the room by themselves (no peeking). (They should get around pretty well.)
Discuss:
Talk about the application of the first activity with the definition of wisdom.
Activity:
Then, repeat the activity and put obstacles in their way or move things around.
Finally, repeat the activity. However, this time have a guide that will lead them by the elbow and talk them through the room, warning them of what’s ahead.
Discuss:
Talk about the last two activities as they related to the memory verses.
